Ingredients
  • 1 package Trader Joes pie dough thawed (If using both pie doughs, double recipe)
  • ¼ cup Sweet & Salty Surrender Peanut Butter
  • Strawberry Slices (sliced from top to bottom)
  • Mint strips
  • Powdered sugar
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Roll out dough and trim outer edges with a pizza cutter or sharp knife to form a square.
  4. Set scraps aside.
  5. Cut dough in 2X2 pieces.
  6. Transfer dough to cookie sheet leaving about ½ inch between squares.
  7. Spoon about ½ tsp of peanut butter onto each 2X2 dough piece and spread, leaving about ¼ inch to edges.
  8. Place a slice of strawberry on top of peanut butter.
  9. Bake for about 10 minutes or until dough is lightly browned.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before transferring to wire rack.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Top with mint strip and dust with powdered sugar.
  13. Serve.
  14. Dust with powdered sugar
