Ingredients
  • 1 large zucchini cut into coins
  • ½ cup plain bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. Sunhera Masala
  • ¼ cup Olive oil to coat zucchini
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, parmesan and Sunhera Masala together.
  3. In a separate bowl, fill with the olive oil.
  4. Dredge zucchini in olive oil, then coat with the bread crumb mixture and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in oven for 20-25 min or until golden brown.

Creamy Sunhera Masala Dipping Sauce

Serves: ½ cup
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup 0% nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup light mayo (Hellman's)
  • 1 tbsp. Sunhera Masala
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  3. Can also be made the night before.
  4. ****TIP****
  5. Use as a sandwich spread, in pita bread, or on tortillas. Drizzle over roasted vegetables or dip with raw cut veggies.
