Ingredients
- 2 lbs Grass-fed, organic ground beef
- ¾ cup finely diced white onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Panko (or gluten-free) bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Herbal Fusion
- 2 tbsp Chicago Joe
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp reduced balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Or any favorite shredded cheese would work)
- Glaze
- 4 tbsp organic ketchup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 5 tbsp organic brown sugar
- 2 tbsp reduced balsamic vinegar
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix (using your hands) all ingredients together until combined.
- Pour the glaze on top and spread with a knife making sure to cover the entire top of the loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour. (A thermometer should inserted in the center should read at least 150 degrees).
- Let rest for about 10-15 minutes. End temperature should reach 160 degrees.
