Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted and unsalted peanuts
- 1 tbsp Sweet & Salty Surrender
- ½ tsp local honey
Method
- Process the peanuts in a food processor for up to 4 minutes.
- Add Sweet & Salty Surrender and honey.
- Process for 20 more seconds.
- Peanut butter will be creamy and shiny.
- Scoop out and store in a glass container fitted with an airtight lid.

Ingredients
- 1 package Trader Joes pie dough thawed (If using both pie doughs, double recipe)
- ¼ cup Sweet & Salty Surrender Peanut Butter
- Strawberry Slices (sliced from top to bottom)
- Mint strips
- Powdered sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Roll out dough and trim outer edges with a pizza cutter or sharp knife to form a square.
- Set scraps aside.
- Cut dough in 2X2 pieces.
- Transfer dough to cookie sheet leaving about ½ inch between squares.
- Spoon about ½ tsp of peanut butter onto each 2X2 dough piece and spread, leaving about ¼ inch to edges.
- Place a slice of strawberry on top of peanut butter.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until dough is lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before transferring to wire rack.
- Cool completely.
- Top with mint strip and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve.
